Overview
r2rstudio.de is portfolio, operating system, and product demo in one. Built with Next.js 16, React Three Fiber, GSAP, and Framer Motion and directly connected to r2r.CoAct: contact enquiries and bookings from the website land automatically in the desktop software. No manual data transfer, no information loss at the interface.
The Challenge
As a freelancer you need a website that doesn't just look good. It needs to work as a complete operating system: accepting enquiries, managing bookings, controlling availability, tracking analytics, all seamlessly connected to your own business software.
How We Got There
Next.js 16 App Router with Turbopack, Tailwind CSS v4 (@theme instead of config file), Framer Motion v12, GSAP ScrollTrigger, React Three Fiber for the 3D hero scene, Lenis for smooth scrolling. The backend runs on Supabase: bookings, contact enquiries, site settings and analytics in one database. r2r.CoAct reads this data directly via the desktop app. The complete workflow runs through a single platform.
The Outcome
A site that markets new projects while simultaneously demonstrating what is technically possible. Dark industrial design, full mobile optimisation, SSG with static params across all locales and projects, runtime OG image generation, complete admin panel. At its core: direct integration with r2r.CoAct.
