You have two options.
Contract continues. After approximately 13 more months (month 37) the project value is fully amortised. The monthly rate then automatically drops to the service fee only (€ 202.69 / mo.). The website is yours.
You purchase the website now for € 1466 and decide separately whether you want to continue the service.
Longer term = lower monthly rate. The amortisation portion (€ 117.42 / mo.) stays the same for every term, the discount applies to the service fee only.
You pay the project value of € 4284 once at launch. After that, only the monthly service fee, no amortisation component. At 24 months that's € 202.69 / mo. The contract term applies to the service agreement, not to repayment.
You pay the project value in monthly instalments (€ 117.42 / mo.) — on top of that, a one-time setup fee (due at handover) and a mandatory monthly minimal hosting fee (hosting, domain & 1 email mailbox). You bear these costs because your files and domain stay with me until the project value is fully paid off, and the site still needs to run. No service, no maintenance, no changes. After 37 months the website is fully yours — all files handed over and domain transferred. The minimal hosting ends with the final instalment. After that you choose freely: self-managed hosting or switching to a service contract with maintenance, support, and changes.
